Description
Universal primer based on a special acrylic dispersion with high pigment concentration, water-based. For interior and exterior. Offers exceptional adhesion on substrates of very diverse natures.
Intended use
Particularly suitable as a base coat on wood and derivatives such as doors, frames, paneling, cornices (new or previously painted substrates) but also on various substrates such as galvanized steel, zinc, aluminum, hard PVC, … In case of doubt, test on a small area.

Substrate preparation
To obtain good results, the substrate must be carefully prepared. New substrates (unpainted): • Woodwork: Sanding and dusting. • Synthetic materials: Light sanding and dusting. • Non-ferrous metals and other smooth materials: Degreasing and dulling. Renovation: Remove non-adherent parts from the substrate to be painted; degrease old layers, dull and dust; retouch if necessary.
Application
Brush, roller or spray gun (if airless: pressure 140 to 180 bars, nozzle from 0.015 inch, angle 40° to 60°). Ready to use. On absorbent substrates: dilute the 1st coat with 5 to 15% water. Mix well before use and before dilution. Apply 1 or 2 coats of Multiprim+ crossing to distribute evenly, before starting the chosen finishing system.
Cleaning of equipment
With water and soap, immediately after use.
Finish
Color: white. Tinting possible with a maximum of 2% universal colorants. Higher doses impair adhesion. Finish: velvet.

Binder: 100% acrylic resin. Pigments: titanium dioxide and natural fillers. Solvent: water. Coverage*: 10-12 m²/L. Density: ~1.35 g/ml. Dry extract (weight): 51 to 53%. (*) Coverage is calculated based on the work of a professional worker, on a substrate with normal absorption, and may vary depending on the working method, substrate, and climatic conditions.
Drying time
Touch dry: 1 hour. Recoatable: ~3 hours (normal climatic conditions).
Limitation
Do not apply at T° 10°C and humidity < 75%
Storage
Minimum 12 months in unopened original packaging, in a dry and cool place. Keep frost-free.
