RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS

Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. Indeed, the products can only be returned or exchanged if they have been received damaged.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

2. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Only the price of the item, including taxes, is refundable.

3. In the case of an exchange, the price differences between the exchanged item and the replacement product are at the customer's expense.

4. We assume no responsibility for loss, theft or damage incurred when returning merchandise.

Shipping costs
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from it.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item worth more than , you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us.

Refunds (if applicable)
