Refund Policy
RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS
For any order, and subject to the application of article 11.5, the Customer has the right to withdraw without giving any reason, within a period of fourteen days. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which the Customer, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by the Customer, takes physical possession of the Products. The 14-day period starts the day after the conclusion of the contract or the delivery of the Products depending on the type of contract. If this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day.
No goods ordered from our suppliers (and therefore not stocked by BATICOLAGE) will be taken back or exchanged. The right of withdrawal does not apply to partial deliveries. It is not possible to return only some delivery packages.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Making a claim
For any return or claim, for example if upon receipt of the goods you notice a breakage or any problem with them, please notify us first within 24 hours after the receipt of the goods using one of the means below:

In case of receipt of damaged or defective product, we advise you to take and send us a photo to facilitate the processing of your claim.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

Delivery and handling fees are non-refundable. Only the price of the item, including taxes, is refundable.

In the case of an exchange, price differences between the exchanged item and the replacement product are at the customer's expense.

We assume no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage incurred during the return of goods.
Shipping
To return a product, you must send it by post to:

Shipping costs
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from it.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you ship an item valued over 75 euros, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or take out delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.
